Who Is Aspire?
Aspire is based in West Des Moines, Iowa, and became a federal student loan servicer earlier this year. Aspire and its nonprofit parent company have been assisting student loan borrowers for more than 30 years. Late Payment Notices
If you recently submitted a payment to the Direct Loan Servicing Center but then received a delinquency or past due notice, please know that your payment is being forwarded to Aspire. Your payment will be processed when Aspire receives it, and no late fee will be charged. This late payment will not be reflected on your credit report or credit history.
Payment Changes
An Aspire loan counselor will be happy to review your account with you and discuss any changes to your payment amount. The call center is open from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Central time) Monday through Friday.
