How to Sign Up for Electronic Billing

To receive electronic payment reminders via email:

Step Action
1 Log in to your account.
2 Select:
  1. Payments & Billing
  2. Billing Preferences
  3. Edit Billing Preferences
3 Choose your billing preference.
4 Verify your email.
5 Read and accept the terms and conditions statement.
6 Select Update Bill Preferences.

Electronic Billing Tips

Remember this information:

  • Your first loan bill is always sent through the mail for verification. You will not receive an electronic payment reminder for your first payment.
  • Bills for a final loan payment will be sent via email and the U.S. Postal Service.
  • If a payment is 30 or more days overdue, electronic payment reminders will be suspended and all bills will be sent to you via U.S. mail until your account is brought current.
